ELEVATE BFSI COURSE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of courses, training, internship, career support and related services offered by Elevate Financial Education Private Limited ("Elevate", "Company", "we", "us" or "our") through its website, LMS, mobile application, learning platforms and associated services.
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing or using any Elevate BFSI programme, that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
1. ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Elevate offers educational and career-development programmes relating to Banking, Financial Services and Insurance ("BFSI"), including online learning, assessments, projects, internships and career assistance depending upon the plan purchased.
The programme is designed for educational and skill-development purposes.
Enrollment in an Elevate programme does not by itself constitute an offer of employment, employment contract, recruitment commitment or guarantee of employment.
2. COURSE PLANS
Elevate may offer different programme tiers. The current indicative plans are:
A. BFSI Diploma — ₹999
This plan may include:
- BFSI educational content
- LMS access
- Video lessons and/or learning materials
- Module-wise assessments
- Quizzes and assignments
- Course completion requirements
Applicable course certificate/diploma certificate issued by Elevate, subject to successful completion requirements.
This plan does not include an internship or placement assistance unless expressly stated on the applicable purchase page or order confirmation.
B. BFSI Diploma + Internship — ₹3,999
This plan may include all applicable benefits of the ₹999 plan plus:
- Internship opportunity
- Internship-related assignments/projects
- Practical exposure
- Capstone/project work
- Internship certificate, subject to successful completion
Other internship-related activities specified by Elevate.
Internship allocation is subject to the Student meeting the eligibility, attendance, assignment, conduct and other requirements communicated by Elevate.
C. BFSI Diploma + Internship + Placement Assistance — ₹7,999
This plan may include all applicable benefits of the ₹3,999 plan plus:
- Career guidance
- Resume/CV assistance
- Interview preparation
- Mock interviews
- Job-readiness support
- Sharing of relevant employment opportunities where available
- Placement/application guidance
Other reasonable career-support activities determined by Elevate.
The ₹7,999 plan provides placement assistance and career support and does not constitute a guarantee of employment, salary, job title, employer, number of interviews, number of offers or minimum compensation.
3. PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE — IMPORTANT
"Placement Assistance" means reasonable career-support services provided by Elevate to help eligible Students identify and pursue employment opportunities.
Placement assistance may include:
- Job opportunity notifications
- Resume and profile improvement
- Interview preparation
- Mock interviews
- Career counselling
- Guidance regarding applications
- Communication of suitable opportunities received by Elevate
Assistance with interview readiness.
Placement assistance is not equivalent to placement guarantee.
Elevate does not guarantee:
- A job
- A particular employer
- Employment with any particular company
- A particular salary or package
- A particular job role
- A particular geographical location
- A specific number of interviews
- Selection by any employer
Employment within a specific period.
Recruitment decisions are independently made by employers and may depend upon qualifications, skills, experience, interview performance, background verification, market conditions, vacancies and other factors outside Elevate's control.
4. LIFETIME PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE
Where the ₹7,999 programme specifically includes "Lifetime Placement Assistance", such assistance shall mean continued access to Elevate's eligible career-support services for the duration specified in the applicable programme terms.
"Lifetime" shall not mean a guarantee that Elevate, its LMS, website, business operations, placement partners or any particular employer will exist indefinitely.
If Elevate permanently discontinues a particular platform, service, technology or placement partner, the Company may provide a reasonably comparable alternative method of delivering the applicable service, subject to feasibility.
Lifetime placement assistance is subject to the Student's continued compliance with these Terms and the eligibility requirements communicated by Elevate.
5. NO GUARANTEE OF EMPLOYMENT
The Student expressly understands and accepts that education, training, internship and placement assistance cannot guarantee employment.
The Student's employment outcome may depend upon factors including:
- Academic qualifications
- Skills
- Experience
- Attendance
- Assignment completion
- Interview performance
- Communication skills
- Employer requirements
- Market conditions
- Number of vacancies
- Student location
- Student availability
- Background verification
Employer selection procedures.
Accordingly, statements such as "placement assistance", "career support", "job support" or similar expressions shall not be interpreted as a promise of guaranteed employment unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
6. INTERNSHIP
Where an internship is included in the selected programme:
Elevate shall make reasonable efforts to provide or facilitate an internship opportunity consistent with the programme description.
Internship opportunities may be provided directly by Elevate or through an internship partner, organization, company or other third party.
Internship availability may depend upon partner availability, eligibility, location, skills, capacity and other operational factors.
The Student may be required to complete assignments, attendance requirements, assessments, projects and other activities.
Failure to satisfy applicable requirements may result in withholding or delaying the internship certificate or completion recognition.
Elevate does not guarantee that an internship will result in employment.
Internship duties, duration, working arrangements and deliverables may vary according to the internship provider.
Where reasonably necessary, Elevate may provide a comparable alternative internship/project-based practical experience if the originally intended internship opportunity becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Company's reasonable control.
7. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Student agrees to:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain access to their registered email and phone number
- Complete assigned learning activities
- Complete assessments and projects honestly
- Attend required sessions
- Follow internship requirements
- Participate professionally in interviews and internships
- Follow applicable LMS and platform rules
- Maintain confidentiality of course materials
- Not share login credentials
- Not reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit Elevate's course content
Provide reasonable cooperation required for internship or placement assistance.
The Student is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their contact and profile information.
8. COURSE CONTENT AND CURRICULUM
Elevate may update, modify, reorganize or replace course content, modules, instructors, teaching methods, technology, learning platforms or assessments when reasonably required for academic, technical, operational or regulatory reasons.
Such changes may include:
- Updating outdated material
- Adding new content
- Removing obsolete content
- Changing instructors
- Changing the LMS
- Changing the method of content delivery
Replacing third-party tools or platforms.
Elevate shall endeavour to maintain the core educational objectives of the programme.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Certain services may depend upon third parties, including:
- Internship organizations
- Employers
- Payment gateways
- Cloud-service providers
- Video-hosting providers
- Email providers
- LMS/technology providers
Communication platforms.
Elevate shall not be responsible for failures caused solely by a third party where such failure is outside Elevate's reasonable control.
Where reasonably practicable, Elevate may provide an alternative method or provider.
10. TECHNICAL INTERRUPTIONS
Elevate does not guarantee that the website, LMS, mobile application, video content, communication system or other digital services will remain continuously available without interruption.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of:
- Maintenance
- Server failures
- Internet outages
- Cybersecurity incidents
- Software updates
- Hosting problems
- Third-party service failures
- Government restrictions
Force majeure events.
Elevate shall make reasonable efforts to restore affected services.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Elevate shall not be considered in breach of these Terms to the extent performance is prevented, delayed or materially affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Fire
- Flood
- Epidemics or pandemics
- War
- Terrorism
- Civil unrest
- Government action
- Regulatory changes
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Major cyber incidents
- Labour disruptions
- Failure of critical third-party infrastructure
Other events beyond reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, Elevate may provide an alternative method of fulfilling the affected service.
12. FEES AND PAYMENT
All programme fees shall be displayed on the applicable enrolment or payment page.
The Student is responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing payment through authorized payment channels.
Elevate reserves the right to modify future programme pricing. Price changes shall not automatically alter the price already paid for a confirmed enrolment, except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.
Applicable taxes, payment gateway charges or other charges, if any, shall be communicated at the time of purchase.
13. REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Refund eligibility shall be governed by the refund policy displayed at the time of purchase and applicable law.
Because digital educational content may become accessible immediately after purchase, the Student acknowledges that access to digital content may affect refund eligibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where a refund is legally or contractually applicable, the Company may process the refund through the original payment method or another legally permissible method.
Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
14. CERTIFICATES
Certificates may be issued only after the Student satisfies the applicable completion criteria.
Completion criteria may include:
- Minimum course completion
- Assessments
- Assignments
- Projects
- Internship requirements
- Attendance
Academic or practical requirements.
A certificate issued by Elevate represents completion of the applicable Elevate programme requirements and shall not be represented by the Student as a government qualification, university degree, statutory licence, professional licence or third-party accreditation unless such recognition has actually been granted.
15. NO MISREPRESENTATION BY STUDENTS
Students shall not:
- Alter Elevate certificates
- Falsify internship records
- Misrepresent Elevate's affiliation
- Claim employment guarantees that Elevate has not provided
- Claim government accreditation that Elevate does not possess
- Claim university recognition that Elevate does not possess
Use Elevate's brand for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Any such conduct may result in suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable law.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course videos, lectures, presentations, PDFs, notes, assessments, graphics, software, trademarks, logos, text, designs and other educational materials supplied by Elevate remain the property of Elevate or its respective licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Student receives a limited, personal and non-transferable right to access the materials for educational purposes.
The Student shall not:
- Resell course material
- Upload course material publicly
- Share paid course credentials
- Copy substantial portions of the content
- Record restricted sessions without permission
- Distribute course material commercially
Create competing products using proprietary Elevate materials.
17. ACCOUNT SECURITY
Each Student account is personal to the registered Student.
Sharing usernames, passwords or access credentials with another person is prohibited.
Elevate may suspend or terminate an account where there is evidence of:
- Credential sharing
- Unauthorized access
- Fraud
- Abuse
- Copyright infringement
- Unauthorized redistribution
- Manipulation of the LMS
Other serious violations of these Terms.
Any action taken shall remain subject to applicable law.
18. STUDENT DATA AND PRIVACY
Elevate may collect and process information necessary to provide educational, internship, assessment, communication, payment, certification and career-support services.
Such information may include:
- Name
- Contact details
- Educational information
- Resume/CV information
- Assessment information
- Course progress
- Internship information
Placement-related information.
Elevate shall handle personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection and privacy laws and its applicable Privacy Policy.
The Student should review the Company's Privacy Policy before enrolment.
India's Digital Personal Data Protection framework applies to processing of digital personal data in circumstances covered by the applicable law and rules.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elevate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or unforeseeable losses arising from the Student's use of the programme.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as excluding or limiting liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Where legally permissible, the Company's aggregate contractual liability arising directly from the specific programme purchased by the Student shall be limited to the amount actually paid by that Student for the relevant programme.
This limitation shall not apply where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
20. NO GUARANTEE OF CAREER OUTCOME
The Student acknowledges that Elevate provides education and career-support services rather than employment itself.
The Student therefore accepts that:
Course completion ≠ job guarantee.
Internship completion ≠ job guarantee.
Placement assistance ≠ guaranteed placement.
Certificate ≠ guaranteed salary or employment.
21. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAMME
Elevate reserves the right to reasonably modify programme structure, course content, instructors, schedules, technology, internship partners and delivery mechanisms where required by operational, academic, technical, regulatory or commercial circumstances.
Where a material change substantially affects a paid service, Elevate shall endeavour to provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a reasonably comparable alternative.
22. TERMINATION / SUSPENSION
Elevate may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- Fraudulent activity
- Payment fraud
- Account sharing
- Copyright infringement
- Abuse of staff or other students
- Serious misconduct
- Unauthorized distribution of content
- Attempts to compromise the LMS or website
Material violation of these Terms.
Termination shall not affect rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
23. COMMUNICATIONS
The Student agrees that Elevate may communicate through:
- Email
- Telephone
- SMS
- WhatsApp or similar messaging services
- LMS notifications
Other communication methods provided during enrolment.
Students should ensure that their registered contact information remains accurate.
24. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
The Student agrees that clicking an acceptance checkbox, completing an online enrolment, making payment, creating an account or otherwise electronically accepting these Terms constitutes acceptance of the Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Electronic contracts and electronic records may have legal validity under applicable Indian law.
25. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing contained in these Terms is intended to unlawfully remove, restrict or waive any statutory right or remedy available to a Student under applicable Indian law.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory legal provision shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.
26. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.
27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the applicable programme description, enrolment information, refund policy and privacy policy, constitute the agreement governing the Student's participation in the programme, subject to applicable law.
If there is a conflict between promotional material and the specific programme terms shown at the time of purchase, the applicable written programme terms and order confirmation shall prevail, subject to applicable law.
28. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.
The parties shall initially attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication and the Company's designated grievance/contact mechanism.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent a consumer from exercising any statutory right or remedy available under applicable consumer-protection law.
Subject to applicable law, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Agartala, Tripura shall have jurisdiction over matters not otherwise required to be brought before a competent statutory or consumer forum.
